fantastic stay with beach views

secure carpark tidy pool great location

The resort offered a secure carpark, quite convenient. the pool area was tidy and well kept (always a plus!). i liked its perfect location just across the beach. It made everything accessible.

i noticed a few marks on the walls, but it really didn't affect my overall experience.

lovely helpful staff were always available. i interacted with staff and found them friendly. they were helpful when i needed assistance (a smile goes a long way!).

the outside spa is quite large and very enjoyable. the pool area offers a little seating area to sit, eat, and drink. the resort has a great gym with an indoor heated pool to relax in.

amazing facilities near the beach!!!

great facilities lovely decor clean shower

this was my second visit and i was thrilled!!! the bathrooms feature soaps, moisturisers, and conditioners, so i didn't need to pack those. our room was huge with great facilities. the bathroom decor was lovely and i found the shower fantastic and clean.

i found only one small couch in the room. also, the hallway on level 1 of block e had a horrible cigarette smoke smell. there was no room service available. i noted the bar was closed saturday evening, and wine was available at reception, but ice required a trip to the basement.

there is a restaurant with a bar. the hotel provided some billiard tables. i spotted tennis equipment and bikes at the restaurant, giving guests options for sport activities. i saw that the general decor was great and well maintained.

reception staff were friendly and helpful, this. the location is amazing! i really enjoyed my stay. the staff were helpful, cheerful, and willing to assist. isla was awesome, always helpful and was really good!!!

helpful staff lovely pool comfortable bed limited spaces full carpark dimly lit location

the staff was very helpful. the pool was lovely and the hot tub was enjoyable. the bed offered a comfortable night's sleep.

i found that there were not enough car spaces. the underground car park and outside car parks were full on arrival. i was directed to park offsite in a dimly lit location while it was raining.
